Welcome to my morning:






Admission to our homemade theater is cheep (Free really) but you should be aware that the only movies running these days are CARS, Star Wars IV or Mickey Mouse Playhouse. And after about the first 5 minutes the audience begins to run around, dance and copy the characters on the screen ... its a fun time!

Its time for a LEGO party!!!
In our family our children can choose to get a birthday gift from mom and dad or they can choose to have a friend party (because really, the party is the gift.) For Owen's 8th birthday he chose a party at LEGO Land. And this mom must give very high kudos and credits to the LEGO Land staff ... we really had a great time! It was probably the funnest but also most affordable party we have throw in years.

We began with tour and trivia around he store












Then moved on to the great birthday build:









Each child built wonderful LEGO masterpieces!!! And each child was able to take home a small box of legos as a party favor!


















We can't have food and drink in the store but we just took the kids up to one of the mall's food courts after LEGO Land and passed out cupcakes and juice boxes while Owen opened his presents.
